Requirement : .NET Senior Lead with AI Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with the product development team to integrate AI/ML functionalities into applications using Angular and .NET frameworks.
• Conduct data processing and analysis to evaluate the performance of AI/ML models.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX designers, and other developers, to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with project goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Communicate complex AI/ML concepts and the outcomes of models to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Overall, 8 years of experience in software development, with a solid understanding of Angular and .NET frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Experience with data science and analytics tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI/ML.
• Contributions to open-source projects or published research in the field of AI/ML.
