Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a strong foundation in front-end development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, creating seamless user experiences, and implementing those designs into functional front-end code.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:
   • Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
   • Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and implement design concepts.
2. Front-End Development:
   • Translate UI/UX designs into functional and responsive front-end code.
   • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
   • Work with frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
3. User Research and Testing:
   • Conduct user research to identify pain points and optimize the user journey.
   • Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
   • Stay updated on the latest design trends, front-end technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with front-end development skills.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Familiarity with motion design and prototyping tools like Principle or After Effects.
• Basic understanding of back-end technologies and REST APIs.
