Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented SQL Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to stretch themselves across various areas of development, not just databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze data requirements and develop appropriate data models.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
• Work closely with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Show a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities beyond database development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
• Provide support for database-related queries and incidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in SQL development.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
