Requirement : Senior Business Development Executive
The successful candidate will be part of an existing team of business development professionals and will be assigned to generate new business from the US and Canadian markets. This position is based at our headquarters in Chennai, India requiring full overlap with the US/Canadian work- day.

• External relationships: New Prospects in US and Canadian geographies
• Internal relationships: The Business Development Team
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough market research to self-generate leads from lead generation sources like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Built in, ZoomInfo, Crunch base, D&B, DiscoverOrg and similar tools.
• Take ownership for the Outbound campaign using multiple touch points like Emails, Cold Calls and LinkedIn as part of their day-to-day activities.
• Identify prospective leads (Marketing Qualified Leads) by initiating discussions positioning DSRC IT application services offerings, capabilities and credentials.
• Setup appointments with potential prospects and coordinate with sales manager for introductory sales presentations.
• Nurture MQLs until it gets converted into sales qualified opportunities or SQLs.
• Use CRM effectively to capture details of the campaigns covering leads, contacts, activities and play an active role in building a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads.
Must-haves
• 4 to 6 years of solid inside sales experience in the US and Canadian markets.
• Experience working with IT services companies selling custom application development, modernization and digital transformation solutions.
• Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
• Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
- Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to handle rejections and demonstrate convincing ability with prospects.
- Ability to multi-task and must be a go-getter.
- Ability to ask open-ended questions and understand the customer’s pain points.
- Experience in cold calling is a must.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with well-defined targets and performance goals.
- Should work in Night Shifts (6 pm to 3 am IST).
Educational Background
- Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales & Marketing is preferable.

- In-person Interview and Assessment: To meet the Head of Sales & Marketing
