Primary Skills:

• 3-6 years of experience with Progress 4GL and OpenEdge 11+ Development.
• Progress Database Architecture and Administration.
• Experience in Java and JavaScript languages is a plus.
• Experience in workflow analysis & design, business process reengineering, and systems optimization.
• Experience working with a complex database (Openedge, SQL, Oracle or similar) application.
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to new approach/technologies in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage time appropriately, prioritize workload, and be very organized across multiple projects and clients.
• Knowledge of Logistics or Waste Management industries.
• Passionate about working with clients closely in an agile environment.
• Exposure to software implementations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in enterprise application development and deployment.
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work within a large existing codebase.

Coding Skills:

• Progress4GL, Javascript, Ajax, HTML,CSS
