Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mobile application testing using Appium, as well as familiarity with Cypress for web application testing. This role involves designing and implementing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing.
• Conduct thorough manual testing to identify bugs and ensure quality assurance.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for mobile applications.
• Utilize Cypress for end-to-end testing of web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand system requirements and functionality.
• Analyze test results, log defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in peer reviews of test cases and automation scripts.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide timely reports and updates on testing progress and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in mobile application testing using Appium.
• Experience with Cypress or similar automation testing frameworks for web applications.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
