(Revised – April 2025)
1.Introduction
At DSRC, we recognize our role in contributing to the betterment of society. Our CSR policy reflects our commitment to ethical business practices, social equity, and environmental stewardship. We firmly believe that business success must be balanced
with meaningful social engagement and sustainable development.
Through our CSR initiatives, we seek to generate lasting, positive impact by supporting access to quality education, promoting inclusive digital literacy, and fostering employee participation in community initiatives. In doing so, DSRC aims to bridge socio-economic and digital divides, while promoting equity, inclusivity, and sustainable growth.

Enhancing employability by imparting technical skills, digital literacy, and career-readiness training.

We have implemented robust metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs. Key indicators include:
- Number of students enrolled and trained
- Completion and certification rates
- Employment outcomes and career progression
- Feedback from participants and stakeholders
d. Partnerships
We have collaborated with educational institutions, community organizations, and NGOs to expand reach and improve program effectiveness. We have formed strategic partnerships to help enhance outreach, quality, and sustainability of our efforts.
4. Governance
A dedicated internal CSR Committee has been constituted to plan, implement, and oversee all CSR activities. This committee:
-
Ensures compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
-
Formulates program guidelines, monitors progress, and tracks performance.
-
Convenes periodically to review initiatives and recommend improvements.
The committee also ensures alignment with DSRC’s broader mission and values, and maintains transparency in all CSR operations.
5. Budget Allocation
DSRC shall allocate and deploy CSR funds in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules. Budget allocations are made based on program requirements, with flexibility for scalability and strategic expansion.
Regular financial reviews are conducted to ensure optimal utilization of funds and to uphold accountability in all CSR-related expenditures.
6. Reporting and Transparency
An annual CSR report is prepared and shared with internal and external stakeholders, capturing:
- Details of CSR projects undertaken
