- Must have 2+ Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Successful record of recruitment in US market especially with State/federal agencies.
- Responsible for sourcing/resourcing for US state/federal contracts.
- Good experience with the Vendor/PSL registration.
- Good in empanelment process with tier-1, large tier 2 and state government agencies
- full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs).
- Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- To work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- On Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
